Refund request is only accepted when any of these criteria is fulfilled:

  • There is possibility of issue getting resolved as confirmation is already provided by the antivirus customer service expert but the case has not been resolved yet.
  • The tech guy is not capable to resolve the problem occurring in email account or the issues is beyond the scope to get resolved.
  • The refund request is generated 30 days back from date of availing subscribed plan.
  • The issue do not have closed ticket status or resolved status and satisfaction grade is not provided by the customer
  • There is no status of closed ticket and neither there is any resolution status nor any satisfaction grade provided by the customer.
